We will book a free consultation for you with a bariatric nurse (a nurse specialized in nutrition and obesity treatment).

NOTE! This consultation is completely free and does not commit you to anything.

The consultation with the bariatric nurse can be held via phone or video call according to your preference. A face-to-face meeting in Tallinn or Helsinki can also be arranged upon agreement.

The consultation includes:

Approximately 30 minutes of informal discussion about your situation based on your needs. Topics may include:

Your current challenges with weight management
Your eating habits and general recommendations related to them
Your goals and what you would like to achieve

Approximately 30 minutes of discussion about the details of the service package(s) you are interested in.
